Job Description:
We are seeking an entry-level Assistant Manager in Training to join our team! You will be responsible for sustaining an organization providing exterior express car wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment.

- Assist the Manager in daily operations as needed.
- Operate equipment to include pay stations and POS.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in the training and development of employees.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years prior staff supervision experience.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Be detail-orientated.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy working outside.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
- Possess or be willing to learn mechanical skills for equipment support.
- Be able to work at least 40 hours a week including weekends and evenings with a varying schedule.
